One reason I love to travel is because I come home with cooking ideas. My husband and I loved a chili mashed potato dish we ate while staying at Secrets The Vine Cancun (Great resort I must say!) Shortly after returning home, I boiled golden potatoes and sprinkled in the perfect amount of guajillo chili powder along with crema, green onions, and garlic salt. This is a family favorite now!
