I was away for the weekend and was delighted to return and find my shipment of Saucy Mama sauces, dressings, marinades, and mustards for the 2015 Saucy Mama Recipe Contest.
I needed a quick lunch, and wanted to try out Saucy Mama Miso Orange Sesame Dressing & Marinade! Fortunately, in my refrigerator Farmer's Market swiss chard was begging to be used. About 7 minutes later the swiss chard was steamed and ready for tossing in Miso Orange Sesame dressing and toasted sesame seeds.
- INSTRUCTIONS -
Bring to a boil 1/4-inch water in a large skillet.
Add chopped rainbow swiss chard.
Cover and steam until root ends are softened, about 5 minutes.
Remove lid, allow some of the water to evaporate, 2 minutes.
Drain excess water, add 2-4 tablespoons of Saucy Mama Miso Orange Sesame Dressing.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
This side-dish would be great with grilled pork tenderloin or chicken breasts, marinated in Saucy Mama Miso Orange Marinade!
